Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Lead Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can take charge of projects, lead installation crews, and ensure every job meets our quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage installation teams for low voltage security projects.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot:

Access Control Systems

Security Camera Systems

Alarm Systems

Vehicle Gate Operators

Automatic Doors

Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and scope requirements.

Train junior technicians and provide on-site leadership.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.

Maintain accurate job documentation, including as-builts and system configurations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a lead installer in one or more of the following:

Access Control Systems

Security Camera Systems

Alarm Systems

Vehicle Gate Operators

Automatic Doors

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Preferred

Manufacturer certifications (Brivo, Eagle Eye Networks, LiftMaster, Honeywell, etc.).

Knowledge of low voltage wiring best practices and safety standards.
