HVAC Lead Installer
Experience Required: 3 plus years
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and components.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems.
- Mentor and train junior installers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC installer.
- Proficient in installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC components and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
