We are busy concrete company and looking to immediately hiring for Private and Prevailing Wage Commercial Concrete Projects in San Diego County. We specialize in ADA Curb Ramps ,Curb and Gutters, Cross Gutter, Sidewalk, PCC, Decorative Concrete Etc.
Job Discrebtion:
Supervise employees while performing work
Make Schedule for work
Ensure schedule is on track
Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors and suppliers
Inspect work in progress to ensure good workmanship and adherence to construction documents and schedule
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
5 - 7 years Superintendent / Foreman experience in the construction industry
Trade experience required
Knowledge and experience of ADA ramps, equipment operating is definitely a PLUS!
Knowledge of construction methods and OSHA construction regulations
- Wage: $40 - $50
