We are looking for a highly motivated, high energy, skilled, dedicated, and dependable, hands-on construction worker with at least 3 years of experience and general knowledge of different trades and building codes to join our team. The successful candidate will work on interior and exterior residential remodeling projects in a team setting under a project manager’s direction.
Requirements:
3+ years of prior experience in similar field of work.
Tooled up with all major hand and power tools.
Proven framing, electrical, and plumbing experience.
Knowledge of basic construction and engineering principles.
Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Demonstrated physical strength and endurance.
Ability to work and collaborate in a team.
Flexibility to do multitasking and multiple trades as the job progresses.
Excellent balance and hand-eye coordination

Hourly: Negotiable Based on skill set.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hrs./day, M-F, and occasionally weekends
Work locations: various locations in San Diego and San Diego County
Only experienced candidates with a proven track record will be considered for this position.
