GRADING CONTRACTOR
HIRING HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS.

Local Grading and Excavating Contractor looking to expand our workforce. We provide competitive wages based on qualifications and experience. Salary Range $25.00 to $35.00 per hour plus, healthcare benefits, paid holidays, paid vacations.
All positions are available.
Basic Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable attendance with your own transportation to jobsite.
Need to have good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Adaptable to changes in schedules.
Able to work overtime, and weekends if needed.
Equipment Operators.
Characteristics of the class
Operate Heavy Equipment for the purpose of construction, demolition, excavation, and grading. Heavy Equipment Operator operates will be required to be able to safety and efficiently overate heavy earth moving machinery such as examples; (i.e.: bulldozers, scrapers, excavators, mini equipment, wheel loaders, wheel dozers, compactors, rock trucks, water trucks etc.). Equipment Operator typically reports to his assigned supervisor.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preforming daily pre-shift equipment Inspections.
The operator is in charge of ensuring the accurate placement and removal of materials as they maneuver the piece of heavy equipment they are operating.
Must show the ability to safely and efficiently operate the assigned piece of equipment.
Advise the Foreman of any requested repairs or replacement need on assigned equipment.
Occasional Heavy Lifting of materials and equipment.
Assist coworkers to make sure the site is clean and equipment is safely parked at end of shift.
