Candidate must have general knowledge landscaping, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall etc. to help maintain the parks 75+ park-owned rental units.
Our perfect candidate will possess an ownership mentality, great customer service skills, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, is attentive to surroundings and takes ownership in the property and is capable of positively receiving direction.
Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage.
