We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Painter to join our team.
Essential Skills:
PROFIENCY IN BRUSH AND ROLL, AND SPRAY PAINTING.
Knowledgeable about preparing surfaces before painting.
Additional skills in Epoxy Paint, Drywall or Stucco are a plus!
Own basic painting tools including brushes, rollers, poles, ladder, masker, extensions, etc.
Competence in using both power and hand tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Demonstrates a commitment to cleanliness and professionalism.
Openness to exploring and adopting new, efficient painting methods.
Team player mentality, displaying kindness, and being receptive to guidance and constructive feedback.
Expected to prioritize customer satisfaction, respecting both clients and colleagues.
Seeking individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, exhibit a strong work ethic, and aspire to build a career in the painting industry.
Requirements :
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must own necessary tools and reliable transportation.
Must pass Background Check.
Must have at least 3 previous jobs' references (will call references)
Regular Pay: DOE Starting at $24.00 to $28.00/HR
Full-Time possibility depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Location: Mostly in San Diego Area (Serra Mesa and Tierrasanta)
