We're seeking a skilled foreman to join our team for projects in North San Diego and South Orange County.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a foreman in the repiping plumbing industry for at least 5 years.=
Expertise in PEX repiping techniques
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a crew
Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a plumbing crew on various PEX repiping projects
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Coordinate with project managers to schedule jobs and allocate resources
Oversee the installation and testing of PEX piping systems
Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
Maintain accurate records of materials and labor hours
Communicate progress and any issues to management in a timely manner
