As a Door and Drawer Assembler, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Your precision and expertise will be vital in assembling flawless doors and drawers for our custom cabinetry.
Responsibilities
· Assemble doors and drawers according to detailed specifications and blueprints
· Measure and assemble materials accurately to ensure precise fitting
· Install hardware components such as hinges, drawer slides, and handles
· Operate various tools and equipment, such as drills, saws, and sanders, safely and efficiently
· Inspect finished products for quality and functionality
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production targets
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proven experience as a door and drawer assembler or a similar role is preferred
· Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
· Strong knowledge of woodworking and cabinetry techniques
· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
· Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
· Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
