What You’ll Do
As a Content Technician, you will:
- Handle, Pack, and Inventory Contents: Carefully manage customer belongings affected by fire, water, or mold damage.
- Clean and Restore Items: Use specialized techniques and equipment to clean, disinfect, and restore personal and professional contents.
- Document Items: Maintain detailed records of contents for insurance and customer reporting.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work with empathy and professionalism to reassure clients during a challenging time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in restoration or related fields (preferred but not required—we will train the right candidates!).
- Experience with iCat a plus.
