Lusti Motors has a lucrative opportunity for an experienced automotive technician to join our service team in beautiful San Diego, California. We service all makes and models and specialize in European brands including Mercedes, BMW, Mini, Audi, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
We are open Monday through Friday only! Technician hours 8AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends!
Applicants must:
Have a complete tool allowing or completion of all major repairs
Be able to perform extensive testing, diagnosing, and repairing of automobiles
Be able to use factory and aftermarket scan tools (ISTA, Xentry, VCDS, IScan)
Be familiar with OBD1 and OBD2 on-board diagnostics systems
Have critical thinking and problem solving skills
Perform work with attention to detail
Have a positive, "can do" attitude and be a team player
Pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
Have a valid driver’s license
Compensation: Excellent rate of pay. Compensation is determined based on an ability to meet the above requirements, references, and interview performance. All of our technicians receive the following benefits:

We have been in business since 1964 and service all makes and models. Our facility has 16 service bays including a steam bay area, an alignment rack, and a fully-stocked parts department. We have a solid reputation as the largest independent repair facility in or near downtown San Diego. We are a AAA service facility and Bosch Authorized Service Center.
