Yes, we offer production incentives, but we focus on thorough inspections and quality repairs. Although we rarely have comebacks, when we do, no more being “docked” for warranty repairs or someone else’s comeback because they are off or busy. We work as a team to resolve any concerns to help each other.

Responsibilites include, but not limited to:
Positive attitude, experience, and ability to diagnose, multitask, and communicate effectively.
5 + years current automotive work experience.
Proficient diagnostic capabilities.
Complete set of tools for all necessary repairs
Ability to repair bumper to bumper, including all maintenance services
Able to communicate repair recommendations, specifications, and test results to our service advisor.
Computerized diagnostic proficiency, scanners, online repair data such as identifix, Alldata, etc.
Able to communicate findings through provided tablet work orders and inspection format.
We work on tablets for workorders and Digital Inspections
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Good driver with a clean DMV record.
