Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled AV Systems Specialist to join our team in the San Diego Area. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various AV systems and applications, and will be responsible for providing direct assistance, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our AV infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Expertise in AV systems (Biamp, QSC, Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Rally Cameras, Crestron Toolbox, Crestron Remote, Extron).
Basic knowledge of MS Intune, MS Teams Admin Center, and Biamp Tesira software preferred.
Assist and train end users on AV system controls.
Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on AV systems.
Test daily functionality of AV and conference rooms.
Diagnose and maintain projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and displays.
Respond to end user requests via Customer Help Desk ticketing system.
Coordinate AV infrastructure requirements for new conference rooms.
Set up and break down onsite meetings.
Escalate complex issues to the manager.
