Overview
I'm the sole owner of a startup photography business in North County San Diego, and I serve San Diego County. I need motivated local longtime San Diego County residents including college students looking for extra income to spread word of my services where I specialize in weddings, quinceañeras, graduation, and portrait services.
Strategy
Rather than posting ads, I want to hire a brand ambassador who will, in person, do community outreach and research to see how to market my business, and do things like introduce yourself as a representative of my company, deliver my company's elevator pitch (brief description of my brand, services, and why to choose us), and hand out business cards and flyers to organizations, community groups, clubs, and related small businesses (caterers, bridal boutiques, high school student, extracurricular, and parent groups) who will be open to sharing news of my services and trying me out. This is not generic marketing, it's person to person and based on friendliness and being outgoing.

Responsibilities
Find the above groups through internet and community word of mouth research. I can provide ideas for how to do this, and you'd be encouraged to suggest your own.
Find their contact people, find out when and where to reach them in person.
Present an "elevator pitch" to these people (very brief description of my services, rates, and why they should try me out).
Utilize these contact people to find other leads.
Find out from these people what features would make my business stand out.
Find models who will act as subjects for shoots I don't have in my portfolio yet.
Familiarize yourself with Yelp and other methods of reputation management.
Maintain contact records and strategies and notes in Google Docs.
Assist in implementing promotional displays and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
Strong sales and people skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Google Docs
Bilingual preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail.
