We are seeking an in-house Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic corporate office team responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, maintenance, and training of our Salesforce platform to optimize its functionality and meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Major responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

Configure and customize Salesforce to support business processes and objectives.

Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Create and maintain custom reports, objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.

Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, flows, and other automation tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.

Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution.

Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices and implement new features as appropriate.

Work closely with developers and integration partners to support system integrations and data exchange.

Ensure data integrity and security by implementing data governance policies and procedures.

Document and maintain system configuration, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field.

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201); additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator ADM 211) or Platform App Builder, a plus.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, administration, and best practices.

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with data management, data migration, data integration tools, and techniques. Boomi is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
