California Trim Rx is a Weight Loss and Wellness Clinic and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Direct-to-Consumer Sales and must have outstanding communication skills on the telephone and in person. As a Sales Closer, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of inbound sales leads and one-on-one patient consultations to present and explain the treatment plans and costs. The ideal candidate will also possess strong technology sales skills and be comfortable using a CRM to keep track of leads for follow up calls.
Duties
Answer incoming calls, emails and text messages and engage with customers to understand their needs, explain the treatment options and pricing, and book appointments
Follow up on all leads with outgoing call back campaigns kept track in a CRM
Conduct one-on-one in office consultations with patients and use strong communication and persuasion skills to guide patients towards the acceptance of the weight loss treatment plan and other wellness products tailored to their needs.
Be able to initiate zoom calls and work with the doctor to fill orders and communicate delivery date expectations to patients
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
Facilitate financing options, if needed
Ensure that the patients feel listened to and cared for throughout their initial phone call and visit
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
On top of hourly pay, have a strong desire to earn additional income by hitting quarterly sales bonuses and referral bonuses

Must be a good listener and be able to empathize with the patients.
Natural sales ability with a positive, cheerful and hard-working attitude.
Persuasive consumer sales skills with a passion to help patients change their lives through weight loss and wellness products.
Note this is not a "hard" sell. With inbound leads most clients will already be very interested, and the product pricing is very reasonable. However, the ideal candidate must have the ability to be positive, empathetic and guide the patient to close the sale.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
High Standard of cleanliness and appearance
Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Previous sales experience in a medical, dental or wellness environment is preferred but not required.
-Hours are typically morning and early afternoon 2-3 days per week. Up to 18 hours per week
