Are you passionate about sports and enjoy working with kids? Fit Kids America, a dedicated non-profit organization, is on the hunt for dynamic Sport Instructors to lead our after-school enrichment programs. Our mission is clear: MAKING FITNESS FUN!
About Us:
Fit Kids America offers a variety of sports programs on elementary school campuses throughout the San Diego area. Our current offerings include:
Soccer
Flag Football
Basketball
Multi-Sport
Kickball
Tennis
Pickleball
The Role:
As a Sport Instructor, you will be responsible for:
-Teaching the basics of your assigned sport to elementary school students.
-Engaging with kids in a positive and supportive manner.
-Ensuring a fun, educational, and safe environment.
Requirements:
-A passion for sports and working with children.
-Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality.
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Focus on the best interest of students.
-Available Fridays between 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Note: Classes typically run for 1.5 hours.
Benefits:
-Flexible part-time hours perfect for college students, part-time or full-time workers, and retirees.
-Pay ranges from $30-$40 per 1.5-hour class.
-Classes held at schools near your home within the San Diego area, including:
-San Marcos Unified School District
-Carlsbad Unified School District
-Bonsall Unified School District
-Poway Unified School District
-Encinitas Union School District
-Chula Vista Unified School District
-San Diego Unified School District
