1. Immediate part time position available, starts at $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience, 10% commission on all skincare sales, plus an employee discount on products & procedures. Work up to 3 Saturdays per month.
2. 90 day probation and this is an At-Will Contract position.
3. Learn Aesthetic Record (medical software) Paid training available.
4. Answer all incoming appointment scenarios (i.e. phone, email, AR, FB, IG, etc.). Book patients.
5. Meet/Greet patients in person (Check them in).
6. Rebook patients before they leave, Check out.
7. Keep Clinic clean at all times, should pass the white glove:)
8. Other duties as assigned per the job duties list.
