Suite space available! We are located just outside of downtown Vista right off the CA-78 on Civic Center Drive. This is an ideal location for someone that's looking for a suite to run there business from, whether your already established or just starting off. Within our salon we currently have one hair suite, two esthetician suites, and photography/ event studio that also functions as a waiting room/break room @thebohobungalow Here is what is available for rent:
DOUBLE SUITE RENTAL:
Room does not have to be used for salon or spa purposes it can be an office space, photography studio, private Pilates/Yoga room, tutoring room, etc.
-$315 a week, year to year lease (rent is subject to change yearly) First 2 week free
- You can share your suite and sub-let to others.
-Rent includes utilities (water, electric, trash, internet)
- Suite has separate entry from outside with private key for the inside and outside door
-Plenty of parking in back and bathroom within facility
-Tenants are responsible for furnishing their own space
- Massage table and lashing light available if needed
- For flexed office use desk(s) and decor can be supplied upon request
-Tenants will need to have their own business license, state board establishment license, and liability insurance up to one million. (applies only to salon/spa use)
BOOTH HAIR RENTAL:
-$65 per day
-$185 for 3 days
-Rent includes utilities (water, electric, trash, internet)
- Salon room has separate entry from outside with private key for the inside and outside door
-Plenty of parking in back and bathroom within facility
-Backwash sink provided
-Tenants will need to have their own business license and liability insurance up to one million (affordable plans put there around $100)

- Fully equipped space, refer to pictures; including luxury motorized massage bed

- Sink within suite provided
-Tenants will need to have their own business license and liability insurance up to one million (affordable plans put there around $100)
