I’m a sole proprietor with a thriving, well-established practice for over a decade, and I’m looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join me on a part-time basis. My client schedule is consistently booked 4-8 weeks out, and while your schedule may take some time to be as full, you will have the chance to step into a supportive environment where you can establish your own loyal following.
In the coming months, I will be expanding into a second treatment room, which will open up the option for a full-time schedule for the right candidate.
Schedule (part-time by appointment to start):
Monday & Wednesday mornings (Optional)
Saturdays & Sundays
Every other Friday
What I’m Looking For:
Licensed & insured: Current CAMTC certification and professional liability insurance.
Experienced & skilled: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience preferred (not required). Proficiency in deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and cupping is highly valued.
Knowledgeable: Comfortable working with injuries and chronic pain conditions.
Reliable: Punctual, responsible, and consistent —I need to be able to count on you to show up when you are scheduled with a client. No flakes!
Professional & ethical: Wear proper attire, possess awareness of the proper behaviors and interactions with clients.
Compassionate & personable: Warm, friendly demeanor with the ability to put clients at ease.
Detail-oriented: Thorough and conscientious when executing duties, and ability to maintain a clean environment.
Local & flexible: Reliable transportation and ideally within a 15-minute drive of the studio. Must be able to work weekend shifts (minimum of 4.5 hands-on hours per day).
What You Can Expect Working With Me:
Competitive pay: $45–$50 per hour (depending on experience), with the potential for a raise after 6 months based on client retention and performance.
A steady flow of referrals from my loyal client base, while also giving you the chance to build your own following over time.
A positive, supportive, and low-stress environment. My business attracts clients that are friendly and wonderful to work with!
Mentorship & training: I’ve been practicing for over 22 years and enjoy sharing advanced techniques and tools to help other therapists grow.
Opportunities for professional development as I expand my practice and offerings.
Discount on yoga classes offered at my studio.
This role is a great fit for a therapist who values quality over quantity, enjoys working one-on-one with clients in a calm, supportive setting, and wants the opportunity to grow their practice alongside mine.
To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief introduction about your experience, skills, and availability.
