Responsibilities:
Bringing in clientele along with taking clients salon books
Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism in your private room.
Build and retain client relationships, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer the latest lash styles and services.
Qualifications:
Valid and up-to-date aesthetician/ cosmetologist license.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Ability to work independently in a private room setting.
