Barber/Cosmetologist Postion
Are you a skilled Barber/Stylist looking for a flexible work opportunity? We’re offering booth rentals where you can either rent a chair and bring your own clients or take on new clients from our existing customer base, working on a commission-based structure. Whether you’re looking for a more independent setup or enjoy building your book of business, we have a spot for you!
Location: La Mesa, CA (in a busy shopping center with high foot traffic and great reviews)
Position: Booth Rental or Commission-Based Compensation Available
Key Responsibilities:
Work Independently or with Our Clientele: Rent a booth and bring your own clients or help our existing customers with a variety of services.
Teamwork and Professionalism: Collaborate in a positive, supportive environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Provide a Variety of Services: Haircuts, shaves, hair color, styling, and grooming for men, women, and children.
Customer Care: Greet every client warmly and professionally—our business thrives on repeat customers.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep your workstation tidy and uphold a safe, sanitary environment.
Flexible Schedule: Work as much or as little as you’d like, with options for evenings and weekends.
Stay Current with Trends: Continuously learn new techniques and trends in the industry, with potential for further education.
Experience with Clipper Cuts: We have many walk-in clients who request clipper haircuts, so familiarity with this service is a plus!
Requirements:
Valid California Barber or Cosmetology License.
Experience: A proven track record in the industry with some clientele (whether you’re bringing them in or you’ll be building a new one).
Strong Communication Skills: You’ll be interacting with a variety of clients and must be able to build strong relationships.
Commitment to Professionalism: High standards for service, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends based on your schedule.
