Booking appointments by phone and in person
Informing clients about their service and potential costs ahead of completion
Offering drinks and being warm and welcoming
Works well with a team of very fun and motivated hair stylists
Good communication, customer service skills
Opening and closing duties

Wants to maintain a clean and tidy shop but knows on busy days we just do what we have to do and delegate chores or help each other as a team.
Can become knowledgeable on products and upselling services. It's really easy to do.
