BlushTan Organic Spray Tanning has been serving the San Diego area for over eight years and we’re hiring to keep up with our continued growth!
We are seeking part-time (potentially full-time) team members at our San Diego studios (Encinitas, La Jolla + Bankers Hill). Flexibility to work at more than one studio is a plus. Our studios are professionally designed and offer a fun, exciting, and professional work environment. We are looking for team members who have a flexible schedule and are passionate about providing the best technique and customer service in the beauty industry.
-Primary Salon Coordinator/Receptionist job duties include:
Tracking inventory and salon supplies.
Welcoming, booking and checking out clients - via phone, text and in person.
Handling client questions or concerns.
Providing our clients a glowing, professional experience.
Fantastic at multitasking and extremely detail oriented.
Impeccable verbal and written communication.
Keeping our beautiful studio clean.
Social media experience a plus.
Spreading the word of the best tans in town!
-Primary Sunless Consultant (spray tan technician) job duties include:
Spray tanning clients - no experience required (comprehensive, paid training is provided).
Tracking inventory and salon supplies.
Booking and checking out clients.
Handling client questions or concerns.
Providing our clients a glowing, professional experience.
Keeping our beautiful studio clean.
Social media experience a plus.
Spreading the word of the best tans in town!
-Primary Manager/Operations job duties include:
Oversee daily salon operations across multiple locations to ensure seamless functioning and client experience
Provide leadership and manage team members
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Create work schedules for salon team members to meet demand
Train new employees on salon procedures and customer service standards/communication
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
We offer competitive base pay + tips + share of retail product revenue and FREE spray tans for our team members! Our Sunless Consultant (spray tan technicians) typically average $29 to $36 per hour in total compensation. Salon Coordinator and Manager/Operations position are eligible for commission and referral bonuses.
