We are currently seeking enthusiastic appointment setters to join our team located inside The Home Depot, in San Marcos, CA. This position offers the potential to earn significant income by setting up appointments for our solar sales closers. Your primary role will be to engage by assisting customers, introduce them to our TRUSTED solar solutions, and set appointments for our expert solar CLOSER. Want to learn how to truly understand and close solar transactions, consider this the best mentorship possible. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings, offering substantial income potential from the start.
Position: Solar Sales Appointment Setter
Location: Home Depot, San Marcos CA (not employed by Home Depot, you will work with us inside the HD location)
Compensation: Paid Per-Appointment and BONUS Per-Closing. NO CAP
Hours: Flexible hours available Monday-Saturday from 6:00am to 9:00pm, and Sundays from 7:00am to 8:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Approach customers in-store to HELP THEM WITH THEIR NEEDS and while doing so educate them about solar energy solutions.
- Schedule appointments for our solar sales experts based on customer interest.
- Learn HD systems for customer assistance and time clock admin.
-Maintain records of appointments and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and appointment setting experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours but very open and easy to accommodate as a 2nd job.
-Complete/Pass background check and Sunnova Orientation.
