We are a Wholesale Distributer of products sold nationwide serving contractors, government and industrial accounts. We provide exceptional customer service with our extensive knowledge of the industry, large inventory and competitive prices.
We are looking for a mature, hardworking, reliable individual with computer skills willing to learn the in and outs of our wholesale supply business within the plumbing industry.
Our new hire will be working face to face with customers, taking sales orders in person, over the phone while pulling items from our warehouse. Experience preferred, but will train.
Duties and responsibilities:
Serve customers at the counter by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately.
Use electronic and published catalogues to provide product, pricing and availability to customers.
Follow company pricing and credit guidelines.
Promote and sell overages, damaged and discounted items.
Politely handle customer complaints and returns while showing a positive attitude.
Keep counter area inventory stocked; remove or add inventory items to stimulate impulse sales.
Light warehouse duties will be assigned.
Accurately use order entry, computerized systems and other technologies as required.
Understands basic inventory, warehouse and stocking procedures.
Effective listening and good communication.
