- Assist clients in pre-planning funeral arrangements according to their preferences and cultural traditions.
- Coordinate with families, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support to families.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized service and addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate clients on available services, products, and financial options to meet their individual needs and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of services.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
