Compensation:

Invite qualified guests to our travel agency to attend an open house sales presentation (you are not responsible for the actual sales presentation); just invite them to come in!
We give away a 4-day or 7-day cruise and a 3-day getaway to Hawaii, Cancun, Napa, and Catalinajust to hear about our Travel Club! (You get paid whether they purchase or not! You invite them in, and we will do the rest!)

Requirements
-Make sure the guests meet the eligibility requirements for a preview of our Tour Center
-Must be able to work EVERY weekend and some holidays and nights as needed. Hours will vary, and shifts are only 8 hours long. Some events may extend beyond these times.
-Answer all guest questions about the property and facilities honestly.
-Comply with company quality and insurance standards.
-Maintain professional dress code, language, and appearance at all times.
-Professional conduct with fellow employees.
-Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
-Maximize personal tour production on a constant and ongoing basis.
-Be goal-oriented.
-Provide assistance with field coverage for guest issues and all related situations.

Qualifications:
Previous industry CMA / OPC experience preferred.
Outstanding communication skills
Able to work a 20-hour flexible work week to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as the needs of the business dictate.
Basic computer skills
Current Auto insurance and DL
