Job Description:
As the Lead Generation Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring outstanding service to our clients. This is a remote and on the road position, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while managing key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage kiosks in Poway and Carmel Mountain, ensuring effective lead generation and promotion of our window covering products.
Schedule brand ambassadors to work all roadshow events to actively generate leads, engage potential customers, and showcase our offerings. Setting up and take down of roadshow displays.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouse managers, fostering collaboration and maximizing brand visibility.
Generate leads in the community by visiting property management offices, real estate agents, and business owners.
find opportunities to attend trade shows and coordinate them.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Utilize various platforms and tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis to enhance customer engagement and sales efforts.
Requirements:
Prior experience in lead generation, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines.
Must be able to travel to both Costco warehouses.
Must be Able to bend, lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
