First Rate is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will contact real estate agents and develop relationships to drive company revenue. Training provided.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company services to new and existing real estate agents via the telephone and personal meetings
You will make 200+ outbound calls per day on our calling software
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
Wage and Commission:
We offer a combination of hourly and commission-based pay for the first two months, to build your clientele. After that, you would become full commission. We are looking for highly motivated, professional salespersons who have the desire and work ethic to earn $100,000 + their first year and $150,000 to $200,000 their second year. We are looking for sales reps who want to be great and have a fantastic career with our company.
