Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents who are passionate about their profession and eager to excel in a commission-based environment. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Utilize provided leads and personal network to prospect, engage, and convert new clients.
Sales Execution: Effectively present and sell life and health insurance products tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide the best solutions for clients.
Self-Management: Demonstrate a high level of self-discipline and motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:
Licensing: Valid Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry.
Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and stay motivated in a commission-only role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.
