Commercial Sales Representative

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to drive new business and long-term relationships in the commercial property sector. This role focuses on prospecting and building relationships with property managers, facilities managers, HOAs, and decision-makers at commercial properties, including office buildings and multi-family complexes.
If you have B2B sales experience and can confidently connect with key decision-makers, generate leads, and close contracts, this is a strong opportunity to grow with an expanding company.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and connect with property managers, facilities managers, HOAs, and commercial building decision-makers
- Sell one-time and recurring commercial cleaning services for multi-family properties, office buildings, and other commercial facilities
- Set up client meetings, conduct site visits, and provide service quotes
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships through consistent follow-up and account management
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Track leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (property services, janitorial, or related industry preferred)
- Ability to identify and reach decision-makers at commercial properties
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making in-person visits, networking, and presenting proposals
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage/car allowance provided)
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to hit sales targets and grow accounts
