Title: Biopharm Data Analyst
Mandatory skills:SFDC, CRM tool,account management,data entry, data analysis,sales, sales support, sales cycle,Business Intelligence, Qlik,Salesforce.com,marketing, operations, customer service Description: This position is responsible for working with the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform to input and analyze data.The role also includes working with other platforms within SFDC increase efficiency and capabilities for the business within standard methodologies.The Data Analyst sales support will collaborate with various teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and customer service to lend support at all stages of the sales cycle.Responsibilities• Ability to think strategically about technology to make an immediate impact• Utilize SFDC or other CRM tool to enter and analyze data• Direct sales support on data entry and analytics from SFDC• Ability to utilize Qlik or equivalent Business Intelligence tool for data analysis and worksheet generationWho you are• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experienceor• Associate’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experienceor• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience• At least 2 years of proven relevant sales experience• Proven account management and project planning skills.• Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.• High level presentation skills; able to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.• Willingness to travel within assigned territory• Valid motor vehicle license VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
