The Sales Account Executive Agent plays a pivotal role in fostering direct B2B relationships and driving sales within the assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for managing an active portfolio of over 700 B2B client accounts while building both consumer direct and B2B relationships. Utilizing provided tools, you will prospect and enroll new accounts, oversee all bookings, sales, and revenue, and meet monthly quotas. Collaborating closely with the District Sales Coordinator (DSC), you’ll work to develop and expand new relationships while driving brand awareness across various product verticals. After comprehensive sales training during onboarding, you’ll be expected to close new client relationships within the first 30 days.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role is HYBRID and expected to report to the district office 1 day a week and must demonstrate remote working discipline.
Report into the Regional Sales Organization.
Responsible for all sales up to and including new bookings, revenue, churn, and customer satisfaction at assigned and target accounts.
Build strong relationships with client decision makers.
Build a robust sales pipeline by hunting new prospects and maturing leads through sales funnel.
Conduct and facilitate client meetings and need analysis.
Drive sales in conjunction and teaming with plan of company.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Partners, Sales, Management, Recruiting, Operations) to support delivery and ensure success.
Mitigate churn by creating retention programs and adding value through cross-selling, new products, and opportunities.
Effectively deliver and communicate with stakeholders to drive alignment of programs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualification: What You’ll Bring with You
BA/BS degree preferred, but not required.
3-5+ years B2B and/or direct to consumer relationship sales experience preferred.
Ability to drive strategic sales approach, with flexibility to adapt to new client demands, patterns, and requirements.
Ability to seek out and foster new client relationships is a must.
Desire to shape strategy and drive book of business with alignment to company’s strategic goals.
Familiarity and discipline with use of CRM platforms.
Self-motivated, with proven track record of execution as a team member and team leader.
Solid organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
Experience and executive presence to lead client meetings
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, priority driven environment and interfacing with all stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented, results driven, and pragmatic while also innovative and creative.
A team player who works well individually and with others.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to present to all levels of the sales cycle.
Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and management.
Job Type: Contract. The position is a commissionable on revenue generated plus the potential for significant bonus.
Expected pay range in first year to be between $49,500 - $139,000
