Apartment Leasing Associate
We are looking for a Part Time (starting at 24 hours per week) Leasing Associate for a residential and commercial property management company in San Diego. Working on Saturday is required, and there could be an opportunity to occasionally work more hours more per week. JOB SUMMARY: Our Leasing Associate is the first point of contact with prospective and current residents, other company associates and vendors. Most importantly, our Leasing Associate drives the leasing closing process with quality salesmanship and product knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
Tour prospective residents and manage sales process
Manage sales process to include application and lease administration
Intake and resolve resident requests (work orders, complaints); elevate to Manager when help is needed
Performs all related administrative tasks
Performs move-in and move-outs.
Performs all related data entry and filing
Performs all other related office administration including answering phones and emails
All other property management functions not mentioned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
Property Management/leasing is preferred
Excellent computer skills
Good communication skills
Organized
Good work ethic
Must be able to work in Mira Mesa, El Cajon and North Park
Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday if necessary
Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Offers of employment contingent upon successfully passing background screening (incl. criminal background check & passing drug test at a certified testing facility).
