Job Title: Armed Security Officer
Location: La Mesa, CA (Dispensary)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and Saturday's as needed
Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
We are seeking a highly qualified and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team at a reputable dispensary located in La Mesa, CA. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the facility, its staff, and patrons.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter criminal activity.
Monitor and control access to the premises.
Conduct regular security patrols within and around the facility.
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
Enforce security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Active Guard Card.
Firearms Permit.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
Flexibility to work Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Willingness to start work as soon as possible.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
Knowledge of state and local regulations pertaining to security operations.
First Aid/CPR certification.
