IT Infrastructure Director

Leading Pharmaceutical firm has an opening for a fulltime Director of IT Infrastructure. This position requires a strong pharmaceutical background specifically with Manufacturing and GxP. The role is for someone who can provide leadership but is also extremely technical. This is a highly technical position with accountability for corporate infrastructure. The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management to the SCC- based Information Technology (IT) organization and full infrastructure planning, management and support for whole corporation. Will be responsible for strategy, direction, and management of IT functions for the SCC. Position will be responsible for assigned specification, design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and support of corporate IT infrastructure for the entire corporation. Must be able to manage and direct all aspects of the infrastructure life cycle and communicate details to a variety of technical and non-technical personnel. Must be available to work onsite in San Diego.
