We are looking for a Full Time Supervisor.
This position is for a PM Shift.
Your job duties will include:
You are a key holder. These responsibilities include but are not limited to; ensuring all locations are open, daily
operations, and all locations are closed per standard operating procedure.
Coordinates the daily activities within the stores to maximize the selling potential of the locations.
Ensure consistent superior customer service delivered by a knowledgeable and professional team.
Train and motivate sales associates in areas of customer service, daily procedures, and merchandising.
Delegate responsibility and tasks to the sales team and follow up on results.
Set goals and objectives for individual employees, monitor performance and follow up, deliver constructive
feedback put in place remedial action where required.
Have informative and motivational conversations with sales associates.
Ensure excellent standards of timekeeping and attendance are maintained by the store team, and follow up promptly
with any problems.
Drive the highest performance and collaboration through effective leadership and teamwork.
Ensure all associates follow company policies and procedures.
Communicate regularly and effectively with the General Manager keeping him/her informed of activities and work
together to resolve problems. Communicate changes and directives to store associates.
Document all coaching and counseling or corrective actions with associates, approved by General Manager.
Ensure that work, meal, and rest break schedules are followed properly.
Verify that supervisors reconcile each associate’s cash drawer at the end of the shift and research discrepancies.
Implement operational directives given by the GM on a timely basis.
We need someone who is a hardworker, comes to work on time and ready to work, and is a team player.
This job is very fast paced so we need someone with alot of energy
Must be able to pass a 10 year background check.
