Retail Feed Pet and Homesteading Assistant management

We are looking for the right team members that are ready to join the Hawthorne Country Store family. We are looking for consistent, curious, empathetic, physical, creative people with the emotional intelligence to help retail customers while maintaining a growing inventory and positive reputation for our family owned and run local business. We are offering full time positions. You will earn PTO, Shared cost medical, dental, and vision, and paid life insurance. Basic Computer skills, and supervision experience are required .Employee discounts and other benefits as well as opportunities to move up within our corporate structure are available. We require weekends since we are open 7 days per week. Develop your homesteading skills while helping others. You must able to lift and carry a 50 lb bag. All hiring and training will be done at our Escondido Location. Hours available in Escondido and Fallbrook.
