We are looking for our newest team member. We are looking for cashier in either a full time or part time position. Do you have excellent customer service skills? Do you want to create positive outcomes for our customers in a convenience store & gas station environment? We are currently hiring at two different locations.
The Ways Market and Leucadia Chevron at 865 Orpheus Ave. Encinitas, CA 92024.
The Shell Gas Station located at 6695 Mira Mesa Blvd. San Diego, CA 92121.
The pay will be hourly, but there will be additional opportunities. You will get a gas weekly subsidy as well. The position will be a combination of weekday and weekends. You will work directly with another site manager and the ownership. This is a busy station, with a taco shop next door.
You will be responsible for cashiering, receiving orders, cleaning, stocking, and more. We will fully train you, and all training will be paid for. All the systems are in place for you to have a successful career.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the ability to accurately handle money
Must have a strong attention to detail
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be capable of effectively communicating with customers and co-workers
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must be able to do simple math such as counting, recording, addition, subtraction, and multiplication
Minimum education level of high school graduate or GED equivalency
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
Regularly lift and or move up to 20-50 pounds
