Our client, a well-known floral company, is seeking Floral Leads and Floral Assistants to assist at their exciting pop-up location in La Jolla, CA!
This pop-up will operate within a popular market and with one of our client’s premiere partners.
As a Florist, you will be an integral part of the team dedicated to executing beautifully designed floral bouquets and arrangements. Your expertise in and/or passion for floral preparation and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring that every bouquet aligns with our client’s brand and design standards while being considerate of their partners' needs.

Pop-Up will start end of April
Roles/Rate/Responsibilities:
Floral Lead –
Full Time hours
Up to $26 p/h – Dependent on experience
Includes all of the responsibilities of the Floral Assistant in addition to:
Opening/Closing the location
Overseeing 3-4 Associates/scheduling
Floral Assistant
Part Time Hours
Up to $23 p/h – Dependent on experience
Prepare and assemble floral arrangements and bouquets following the design specifications of the client’s brand
Use your skills in handling various flowers, foliage, and plants to create high-quality products
Inspect all floral elements to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with the client’s brand standards
Manage inventory of floral supplies to ensure an adequate stock of fresh flowers and necessary materials
Coordinate with the Floral Lead to restock inventory based on production requirements
Communicate effectively within the team to understand project requirements and ensure timely execution
Respectfully operate within the partnership space, being mindful of our partners’ needs and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere

Must Haves:
Proven experience handling flowers, foliage, bouquets, etc.
Knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and plants, along with proficiency in handling and preparing bouquets
Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly practices in the floral industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the production of Bouqs.com designs.
Flexibility to adapt to various production demands and timelines.
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
