We’re seeking a friendly and knowledgeable team member to join our community at Mystic Gardens. As a sales associate, you’ll have the opportunity to share your love of plants and crystals with customers and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
Must be 21(+)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Reliability and Trustworthiness.
Must have retail Experience.
Ability to work on your own, as well as a Team.
Dependability. Show up to your shifts on time.
Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn about plant care and crystal information.
Knowledge of Social media platforms (Facebook, instagram, TikTok) and ability to contribute to our online presence when there’s downtime is a plus!
Bilingual is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Open/ close store: vacuum, dust, take out trash, clean, water plants.
Manage Register, learn POS system: cash, cc transactions.
Provide outstanding customer service and generate revenue through product knowledge and recommendations.
Assist with merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention.
Adhere to company opening and closing procedures.
Part-time Sales Associate position.
Store Hours Needed: Mondays 11am-7pm; Tuesday-Thursday 11am-2pm
Compensation: 16 hourly.
