We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a retail store in Plaza Bonita Mall in National City. We need a person who is motivated, has a friendly personality, and who can handle our staff and store.
Requirements:
Must have two years experience in retail
Fluent in English and Spanish
We need someone who is trustworthy, responsible, conscientious, hardworking, with an outgoing personality, and who will come to work on time ready to work.
Must be available to work nights and weekends. The job hours and schedule are flexible
Full time- part time with over 30 hours a week
DUTIES:
Key holder to open and close store
As Assistant Manager, you will work with the store manager to work with customers continuing to build customer satisfaction, loyalty and increase sales.
Supervise and train employees to maintain superb customer service & make sales & be team players
Schedule employees weekly work schedules
Hire and train sales associates
REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass a 5 year background check
