Real Estate agent or Broker looking to expand their exposure to the broad Real Estate marketplace.
Mid-size residential property management company is seeking a licensed agent to fill a position as a leasing agent. This is a part time position ideally three days a week. Work days and hours are somewhat flexible. The days not working as a leasing agent you are welcome to pursue sales here at the office, on your own or not at all. It’s up to you. We are a San Diego Beach community Broker. Hourly rate starts at $20.00 per hour.
Applicant should have a current CA DRE real estate license.
Experience or ability to learn property management and operating systems such as AppFolio a plus
General telephone skill and customer service also a must
The ability to multitask.
Self-motivated and able to work with others
A good eye for detail
This position has a broad range of duties.
Answering phones from tenants, owners and vendors
Responding to calls and emails from potential new tenants
Setting up showing times and showing available units to prospective tenants
Research and follow up on applications to lease.
Writing new and amending older lease agreements
Reviewing and signing said agreement with new tenants
Data entry
Filing
