Job Overview

Pacific Reliance medical M&A advisors sells medical based businesses nationally. Businesses include medical practices, medical labs, pharmacies and medical equipment suppliers nationally.

As a M&A advisor, you will be responsible for facilitating business broker transactions between buyers and sellers. You will act as an intermediary, representing clients in negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with medical based business owners.

-Provide buyers with pertinent information on listings availability, current market conditions, and business values.

-Discuss with prospective clients business features and terms.

-Prepare business summaries for new listings

-Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

-Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.

-Assist attorneys in preparing purchase agreement contracts.

-Participates in contract negotiations and due diligence.

-Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, business values, and legislation that may affect the medical industry.

-Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathers, prepares, and distributes marketing materials.

-Engage in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.

EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

-Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university strongly preferred.

-California Real Estate Salesperson license.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational and analytical skills.

-Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.

-Ability to effectively present information

-Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary draw+ commissions
