Are you a dynamic, organized individual with excellent customer service skills? Do you have a flexible schedule and a knack for communication? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team.

About Us: We own and operate multiple small businesses in the hospitality industry in the San Diego & La Mesa areas. Our diverse ventures provide a unique opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a vibrant and ever-changing environment. This is a job where no two days are alike, offering a stimulating and rewarding work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests

Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence (emails and verbal communication)

Perform basic office tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Utilize Canva for creating marketing materials and presentations

Help with project management and event planning (both personal and professional)

Book travel and learn our preferences for seamless planning

Communicate with other employees in the home and office to ensure smooth operations

Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments

Manage all incoming and outgoing communications

Plan and organize events as necessary

Take my ideas and turn them into actionable plans

Complete a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative duties to project management

Research and find answers to questions or problems that arise

Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

Run errands and perform out-of-office tasks 1-2 days a week

Requirements:

Flexible schedule, able to work weekends occasionally or up to once a month

Must be in office or home office 3-4 days a week to help manage day-to-day tasks

Valid California driver's license

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Familiarity with Canva for design and administrative tasks

Reside within a commutable distance to La Mesa, CA

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales, bar or restaurant, or an assistant role preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus, but not required

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication skills

Adaptability and willingness to learn new things

Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

Ability to travel

Preferred Experience:

Willing to train the right person if they show the right attitude and potential
