Are you passionate about plants and enjoy providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support the owner of a growing plant shop that also offers plant care services to clients in their homes and offices. We are growing and building a team to grow with us!
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the plant shop's day-to-day operations.
-Help with plant care, including watering, repotting, and general maintenance.
-Manage client accounts, scheduling appointments for plant care services.
-Coordinate client communication, including responding to inquiries and following up on services.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details.
-Support in organizing and maintaining shop inventory.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and client relationship management.
Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-A love for plants and basic knowledge of plant care.
-Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Familiarity with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
-Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
-Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel. We will cover 67c on the mile traveled to the client's job site and other travel outside of the shop.
Schedule:
Flexible hours with potential for occasional travel to client locations for plant care services.
