We are a well-known plumbing company looking to add a reliable and motivated dispatcher to our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize dispatching software and computers to manage service requests.
- Answer phones, dispatch jobs, send information to technicians, and respond to inquiries.
- Gain approvals via emails and stay organized to track job details.
- Maintain a positive attitude, work well with others, and manage conflict professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with both the team and customers.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Take thorough notes to stay on top of daily tasks and job details.
- Handle customer concerns and questions with professionalism, even under pressure.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and learn from feedback.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Schedule:
Monday and Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM to start.
Full-time position may be available for the right candidate.
