Our licensed contracting business needs a Part Time Dispatcher!
Job Description
Dispatcher will be speaking with clients, entering jobs into the computer and assigning them to our handymen.
The job is 10 - 20 hours a week depending on the applicant's schedule.
Hours are somewhat flexible though most of them will be during the normal work day.
Qualifications
Customer Service Focus - Professional, respectful and good phone skills.
Knowledge of the Trades - Must have experience working for a construction company or enough knowledge to learn quickly when clients describe their needs.
Computer Skills - We will train you on our program, but you must be comfortable with computers.
Ability to juggle and multitask - Handle multiple phones ringing at times, while answering emails and texts.
Benefits
$25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
Training is in our offices in Point Loma, but once trained working from home is a possibility.
