We manage everything from design to logistics, focusing on storytelling and high-end details that bring each client’s unique vision to life. We’re seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Bookkeeper who is bilingual in English and Spanish to manage our financial operations, including a significant focus on cross-border transactions for an international hotel project.

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will play an essential role in maintaining our financial health by managing invoices, budgets, accounts, and cross-border transactions. This role is perfect for someone with experience in accounting or bookkeeping, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting creative industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments

Oversee cross-border transactions for a luxury hotel project, ensuring compliance with international finance protocols and accuracy in foreign currency exchanges

Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts

Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure accurate financial tracking

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting

Organize and maintain financial records and documents

Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate expense tracking and project profitability

Assist with payroll processing as needed

Communicate with vendors and clients in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within a design, architecture, or creative firm

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Experience managing international transactions and familiarity with cross-border financial considerations

Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and vendors

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
